Animation and online survey

NHS England approached us to help them engage young people in an on-going consultation process regarding the complex and sensitive issue of certain hospitals potentially stopping specific procedures affecting CHD (congenital heart disease) patients.

We were required to re-interpret their official, adult-focused consultation document for a younger audience to make the subject matter easy to understand and present the information in an unbiased and engaging way.

To do this, we created a friendly and simple design style which was not too childish and condescending. We then applied this styling to a short animation explaining the subject and leading users to an online survey.

To help the NHS department to communicate the results of the survey, we produced a branded report document with infographics and visually represented data.
